Cepas Tapas & Wine Bar

This place deserves 19,000 stars. We were looking for a casual bite to eat and a glass of wine after visiting the chocolate festival, and then Cepas happened. We dine out a fair bit, and this place is undoubtedly in the top 10. Sitting outside on the quaint patio, drinking a bottle of wonderful Cabernet recommended by the server (who was just awesome)... This wine wasn't even on their enormous list. It was special. And then the food. OMG. A delight for the senses. Presentation was, well, look at the photos. Nothing I could put into words would do it justice. I literally closed my eyes with every bite of the 4 different tapas we had so I could fully concentrate on the flavor. She told us that they just opened a more formal Peruvian restaurant called Terra Sur Cafe two doors down, so we will definitely have to check that out too.

GREAT place to hang out with friends/family and have a couple drinks. They serve beer and wine. You can also sit outside if you like. Friendly staff. Only 3 mins away from my house. (Walking distance) LOVE the atmosphere there!

Absolutely the place to be for a quick amazing appetizer and glass of wine. The environment is active, fun and hip. Only bummer is on weekends it's packed and a little difficult to get to table. I place this on one of my favorite places in Tampa.. must try the food!

I went with a friend for happy hour and the food selection on the happy hour menu was great... fresh and tasty. Prices were good. The wine selection is great!

Fantastic, cozy little place. We tried the olives, veggie flatbread, mini meatballs and garlic and Sherry mushrooms. Absolutely delicious. I had a red wine sangria that was perfect. Our waitress was friendly and attentive even though the place was packed. We will return... Often.
