Slice Masters NY Pizzeria

First time in a long time ordering from this place. I am talking years. The pizza could had more sauce. I will make sure I make a note about it, next time I order. But I have a huge complaint. I went to the website and it seems to be hijacked by a company called slice ( how convenient, Just like the name of the pizzeria) So I ordered, payed more and now I try to see the prices of Slice Masters menu without Slice, all I get directed to is this high priced web page Slice. So I might give it another shot, but I am really irritated that I can not go directly to Slice Masters web site.

I love their sauce. The pizza as a whole is good I just wish there was more consistency with the ratios of sauce and cheese so that I don't sometimes need to ask for extra sauce and other times there's way too much.

EDIT: I went to the restaurant and was informed that they no longer accept online orders through that website, and didn't realize the phone was off the hook. There's a new owner, and they were very nice and offered me a refund. However, they could not do it in the restaurant-I had to contact the webmaster to get a refund. I emailed the webmaster after and received an almost immediate response that they will get started on my refund right away. I'm giving the restaurant a few more stars for being so helpful and because the food is good there, but I had to go there to take care of things and I wasn't totally happy that I have to go chasing after my refund.

In the past I ordered and my pizzas arrived almost an hour after I placed the order. Today I placed an order and it's still not here 2 HOURS LATER! Worse, when I called to find out where my order is, the person answering the phone asked me to please hold, set the phone down and walked away. I sat on the phone for 5 minutes, and it didn't sound that busy. The food is good, but the customer service STINKS!!!

Love this place. Being from the NY/NJ area it’s one of the only pizza places in the area that make “real” pizza. Staff is always friendly, wings are great, and the specials are always a great deal. We come here every Friday to get our pizza and wing fix. Definitely recommend.
