As a parent, quite honestly I was more than apprehensive about taking my kid off campus and getting her "her own space". I am soooo happy we found 220 Madison early! We had a great selection of apartments and my daughter decided which unit she wanted. Over the course of construction both Omar and Christin reassured us that not only would the facility be top notch, but extremely safe and convenient. They didn't disappoint! Since move in, we became very close to Christin who isn't only the building manager but is a friend and "mom" to the kids. She is genuine and sincere and definitely looks out for all of the kids' best interests. It'll be tough to find a follow-on landlord that will be as good once my daughter graduates.

I have been affiliated with not only staff members but residents as well at 220 Madison since their opening in Sept 2019, I can whole heartedly say that this is the best valued off campus, student housing in Downtown Tampa. From the fully furnished apartments, to the amazing views, unique amenities and the tremendously helpful staff I would highly suggest this community to anyone looking for affordable housing.

I moved into 220 Madison last fall and have loved every second of it. When living here was still just an option, I was not only conflicted about where I wanted to live, but late on getting to it because of the lack of student housing near The University of Tampa. The leasing agent Christin made this process as stress free as possible and did everything in her power to keep me happy and confident when making my decision. Now Christin is my favorite face to see coming out of the 3rd floor elevator when going to the gym, study rooms, to do my laundry, or to just talk things out with. She truly cares, is hands on, and will go above and beyond for the students living here. Because of her and those who have worked so hard in maintaining 220, it has really made me feel at home every single day.

I love living in 220 Madison! It is very difficult to find apartments in the downtown area with student friendly prices and even more difficult to find apartments that include furniture and amenities in the price (electricity, gas, WiFi, etc). The building includes a laundry room, a gym, and great study rooms in the common area (third floor). Also, another bonus point is the building manager Christin Hills (Absolute Legend ) who is very responsible and amazing at her job, something that is also difficult to find in other apartments.

I moved to Madison 220 about four months ago. This is a very nice apartment complex in the downtown area. It is located in the heart of downtown and the staff is very friendly. The walk to campus is easy and fast. They also provide a shuttle if you dont feel like walking. Since its a student apartment complex that also makes it way better.
