First Watch - University Collection Fowler

Great food cooked to order. I had eggs Benedict. Cooked perfectly, bread crispy, sauce not overwhelming. Potatoes nice. Only complaint would be they need to serve proper cream or milk for coffee and not the artificial chemical packets they put on tables which don't need to be refrigerated. That was gross. Worth the trip though.

So I've been hearing about this place for a long time and so the day finally came. My friend and I decided to go on a Sunday morning @11:15 and it was packed. People outside and inside waiting to be seated. However, when we were finally seated after about a 15 -20 min wait (because we didn't reserve seating online) and ordered all of that was forgotten. The server(s) very friendly and knowledgable. For me the food options on the menu were a bit limited. Well prepared and tasty but just limited. Also for me the quantity could be a little more. But I would visit again.

Nice place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. It's usually pretty busy, but their waiting system is kind of neat as it tells you how many people are ahead of you. Pretty cozy, nice staff, and very clean. The food is good and they have a pretty varied menu. I'm only taking away a star because I believe breakfast places should have good coffee and I wasn't particularly impressed. Then again, I don't like American coffee so it might be ok for someone less picky ;)

They have remodeled the restaurant and they can seat more people. It was crowded as always but they seated us immediately. The menu is varied and appealing. Lots of healthy choices. We had the "Two for One" soup and salad. Service was great!

The place was kinda busy, but the staff was amazing especially Casey. He was attentive, checked on us just the right amount, tasteful humor, and just an awesome attitude that is super welcoming. There was a small discrepancy when the food came out and instead of taking minutes which could be torture for other people at table to wait, the matter was taken care of in seconds. The food is so good. Highly recommended.
