Tazza Cafe mediterranean grill

Really?? 8.49$ for a chicken shawarma. I'm on my way to pick it up now. I called in advance hoping it was a platter. No, just a sandwich!? I'll let you know how it tastes. I will certainly change my review after and post pictures of this delicious sandwich I have been craving

A visit to Tazza Cafe is always a pleasant, joyful, and relaxing experience. A sensory delight with lovely staff and patrons. It's one of my favorite places to calm, satisfy, and renew myself in Temple Terrace. If only they were adjacent to a hookah lounge, had some saz or bağlama music going on, or at least be located in a quieter neighborhood instead of being smack up against Fowler Ave, the major thoroughfare in Temple Terrace. Then, I could completely enjoy their indoor and outdoor seating! Maybe one day they will gain a larger space where this writer can sit on a floor pillow to eat and not miss dining in NYC so much! Still I highly recommend them for their beautifully served Turkish coffee, delectable desserts, vegetarian friendly accommodations, and stellar customer service. I love you Tazza! Excellent! Fresh Food made with real ingredients! Service is genuine and truly warm, knowledgeable and sincere. Everything ia made to order, specific with wide variety of choices. Definitely great food and will come again!

Food was delicious & definitely had fresh, homemade character. Hummus had good texture instead of being ground to paste. Pita was superb. Downside of the small space was hearing the owner harshly berating our server for an error. Must be family as the aren't many who would tolerate such abuse from an employer.

I often come to Tampa just to eat here. It's that good. If you do not order their Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp you are a fool. I also recommend getting a side of Tzatziki sauce with it. Also get their mint lemonade and Turkish coffee. Enjoy!
