I have used this restaurant 3 times a week after gym for several years, enjoying table service. But last week I could not get table service twice and upon inquiring of the staff was told that an equipment malfunction now prevents this service. So I asked the owner via my App if the problem could be fixed and table service restored. Rather than receive a reply to my inquiry I got a computer generated automated reply which was irrelevant to my concerns. This tells me that the owner lacks any concern whatsoever about customer experience.

This McDonald's location on Bruce B. Downs boulevard in Wesley Chapel is one of the best around. The General Manager is extremely friendly and has a keen customer focus. The food is good and fairly priced as well. The store cleanliness is also high and the staff is friendly and competent. During a more recent visit in October of 2018 a supervisor was pushing the use of the kiosk to place an order. Although this user is fully competent on using the kiosk I find it easier to place an order with a live human being. I have adjusted my rating downward do to this experience.

Julian is such a nice guy! He was our cashier and brought our food to us. Made us feel like we were in an actual restaurant. His kindness was out of this world. Thank you Julian!
