"Terraise" turned a 1-star or 2-star experience into a 5-star experience.

We called in an order for pick-up and unbeknownst to us, the guy who took the order got it wrong.

Well... we didn't figure it out until we were back at our offices. When I opened my sandwich, the paper wrapping was held together with a sticker that said "We Deliver."

So I called and spoke to "Ray." He didn't identify himself, and he continuously interrupted me and was obviously distracted. Horrible. I asked to speak to his manager "Terraise."

I told her the problem and asked her if she'd be so kind to DELIVER the proper sandwich. Not only did she agree to deliver a replacement sandwich, she also offered some free chips and soda!

No thanks - but THANKS A MILLION for delivering a replacement sandwich. Terraise - you are awesome! (Ray needs a little training...)

Oh my their sandwiches are so yummy. The bread is nice and soft and meat is fresh and flavorful. ????

Love JJ's good staff, food is fresh and fast. Nice for lunch.

Service and speed is great. Sandwiches are boring and there is no side options besides chips or a pickle, not the worst place to eat but I do not go out of my way for it

Everyone working was very helpful and patient even though I had a tough order for a few people and they were dealing with a complaining customer at the same time. They labeled everything, made them all correct, gave me extra condiment packets and put it in a box so I could carry it easy. They were so helpful and I just knew I had to come on here and give them a good review! Very thankful for their help, patience and positive attitudes!
