Sometimes the drive-thru gets busy, but they are quick to listen to your orders when they are personalized. Inside service is not much faster when either the drive-thru or the restaurant are busy on either end. Staff is friendly and refers to people as ma'am and sir and often smiles when you come to the front desk or talk to the cashier. Food is always fresh and hot, and they will tell you if it's packed or busy if you'd be willing to wait for your order in one of the reserved spots, so you're prepared for time. Overall, the experience is good, but it can seem chaotic if you're in a hurry.
