Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

First time at Red Robins, I can't say I am eager to return. The portions were great. The server while she was friendly delivered cold food which meant she either was serving too many tables or wasn't paying attention when the food was up. Whatever the case, I wasn't happy with cold fries. We had to request our sauces twice to go with the tenders....most kids want their sauce with their food while its hot. The place was clean and beyond the server the hostess was also very friendly.
Will I go back, possibly if my husband insists (it was his idea to go there). I do try to give most places I go to a 2nd chance depending on the circumstances. In this case it was a Friday night when we went and they simply may have been short staffed.... therefore, I may try it again.

I've eaten here a few times and am always impressed by the service and quality of food. The service staff is always both quick and very pleasant to work with.
The atmosphere is good. There's a convenient outdoor entrance so customers don't have to go through the mall. Usually top 40 music from the 80s and 90s plays. Red Robin makes for a good family friendly or afterwork hang out.
I'm looking forward to my next visit!

By far the best veggie burger i have ever had and to top it off the garlic steak fries. Service was slow that day but we were well taken care of and the food came out fresh and hot. Always willing to wait longer for this. Wish i remembered our servers name but she deserves a raise. Such personable and warm character. Keep up the great work Reb Robin.

Phenonal excellent food, drinks and excellent service and store mgr actually took our order. Anya, is very professional and she had been very busy with customers working so hard the evening we stopped in. She has gone far above expectations and very concerned and caring about her customers. She is AWESOME!!!! Convenience at location at Citrus Mall is perfect and you can sit Outdoors as well like we did. Thank you Anya!!! We will return soon.
