    The customer service here is lacking. The young man who is usually at the window is somewhat rude and acts like he is doing you a favor by doing his job. The coffee is never hot, it's always like warm.

    I come here probably every morning before work and I order a large hot chocolate and when I receive my drink they only fill the LARGE cup half way. I’m not paying the price for a large if you aren’t going to give me my money worth. This has happened every time I go in there. Not to mention when I order hash browns they are rock hard ???? It is ridiculous.
