Jackson's Bistro, Bar & Sushi

I have been to Jackson's for Brunch and Lunch. But this was my first time for Dinner. The setting is perfect, with lights reflecting off the water. The only reason I did not give it five stars, was the waiter did not get the appetizer to our table until five minutes before dinner was served. This may not have been the waiter's fault, but it was unfortunate. The food was excellent and I would highly recommend Jackson's to anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful setting.

Outstanding. I had sushi, California roll and what they call volcano. The presentation was very impressive. My friend had the salmon salad and she said it too was outstanding. Service was also impeccable. Waterfront so it's dinner with a view. We did have to wait 20 minutes but it is a holiday. Tried to include a pic but not computer savvy.

I love everything about this place! The view is lovely. All of their plates are delicious, nice atmosphere and the service is really good. I have been here twice and had a great experience both times. I recommend them 100%.

Just had one of my best meals and service here in Tampa. First, I'd like to Thank Lisa, she went above and beyond accommodating our seating request.
As a new Tampa resident my wife and I have been looking for good food and places to enjoy. Located right on channel side the views and atmosphere was spot on. As for the food, again spot on.
I had the salmon over asparagus finger potatoes with house sauce. I ordered my sauce on the side, out of precaution. Well, it to was just the right flavoring, taste and didn't overpower the dish.Thanks Chef!
Lastly, our server, Lena was very knowledgeable of the dishes and answered our question and provided insightful description.

Had outdoor seating. They had heaters outside which made it enjoyable. Server was very nice. The complimentary bread with olive oil and pesto was nice and sweet. The bread was very soft. The fish with crab meat on top of spinach and a potato patty is recommended. Others ordered sushi which was also great. The peanut butter dessert was also tasty. There are also vegetarian options, as well. Highly recommend this restaurant.
