IHOP

Cheyenne was very polite. Food was just what we ordered. She came and check on us and didn't make it feel like she is forced to serve us. It was not robot service. It was very nice to get serves from someone who loves to make people feel good. Thx Cheyenne.

The late night pancakes were very good; and the decaffeinated coffee was just brewed. The waitress served the meal and coffee hot.
Excellent service.

IHOP has a varied breakfast selection however I do think they are a little over price for the quality. I do enjoy their French toast and do you think that the combo meal is the best value there. I am personally not a fan of IHOP pancakes but I know a lot of people who like them. B Dale Mabry location is clean but can you get a little busy on the weekends. Staff is friendly.

Most people are familiar with the IHOP restaurants. This one in particular is clean has pleasant employees and fresh food. The restrooms were clean and handicap accessible. Enjoyable environment. Family friendly and there are always specials going on.
