Expensive for average food, very confused waitress for a slow business hour. Fair at best. Pictures viewed prior to going are a bit misleading.

The views are awesome, very nice location, friendly staff, and good food. Only drawback is food may be little for the price sometimes, and parking is dire at that location as it is a very popular place to walk and rest.

My family and I are from New England and found this restaurant a couple of years ago while trying to locate fried clams with bellies. We have visited this restaurant several times over the years driving from Clearwater beach because there is no other food of Excellence that reminds us of home. Service is good the food is awesome clam chowder is fantastic.????

It's a fun little place where you can sit by the water or inside. Visit by yourself, or with 4 to Six. Great burgers, and decent fried clams with a treat of an ice cream selection. Staff is, attentive and friendly

In a word, WONDERFUL! I had the whole snapper and it was absolutely as good as I've ever had at any restaurant. Others in my group had whole belly clams and fish & chips and had nothing but praise for their food too. Even the coffee was great. Added to the great food and great service, the view from Ballast Point is gorgeous. I'll be a regular from now on. Oh - and great ice cream, too!
