Outback & Carrabba's Express

My friend and I had ordered dinner from here and found our wait to be long. The manager came out and explained that they couldn't find our order after we had paid and was so kind and offered us complimentary desserts and drinks. It turned out that we called the order in to the Riverview location (the numbers are very similar) but the manager was so nice and understanding and got us our meal quickly after our conversation. The food was phenomenal and our steaks were cooked to perfection.

Ordered steak for date night at home. The steak was cooked perfectly. The mashed potato side did seem smaller than what you'd get at the sit in restaurant. Overall, have ordered multiple times and always a good experience.

I tried ordering online for delivery, but at the very last step (after putting in payment info and everything), I was told there were no more delivery times available. So disappointed.
Update: I changed my rating from a 1 to a 4. After the manager saw my review, he asked that I contact him so he could try to make it up to me. I did and he sent me coupons for $10 off my next two orders. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I thought it was nice of him to do that. I will definitely give Outback & Carracca's Express another try.
