Acropolis Greek Taverna

If you want an authentic Greek experience, you definitely need to try this place! Live dancing, plate breaking, so fun! The food was absolutely delicious, too. The stuffed grape leaves were so tasty, and the only thing I was disappointed in was how fast they disappeared! The gyros were perfect, too. It's also just a short walk from the streetcar station. This place was great!

Mushroom appetizers and Greek Salad was delicious. Service was Great and the restaurant was very clean and a great location. First time but not last time.

Went there for lunch while in Tampa for work. I can’t speak for anything else on the menu, but the Gyro was absolutely amazing. Friend said the seafood dish he got was awesome. The hummus appetizer was super delicious. Overall was a superb experience. I will definitely be back.

The restaurant has character, the walls are bricks with nice texture. It's tranquil type of place, great for dates and or friends where you want to talk and eat well. Staff are nice as well as their customer service. They have lots of wines. plates looks appealing. This is honestly a photogenic place. Would go again.

The weather was awesome so we say outside. Food, service, and drinks were superb. My daughter lived in Tampa previously and recently moved back. As this was one of her favorite eateries she took me there on my visit. As she was about to bit into her chicken sandwich she noticed the hair on her plate. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
