Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Food is good. Of the 4 times we have stopped here they look short staffed and overwhelmed each time. Make sure to check your orders though. Last time we ordered a bbq chicken pizza they made a flatbread. This time the made a calzone instead. Both were still good, but we didn't want to take time for them to remake them. My wife always gets a salad. Seems fresh and has good flavor. It's located in the hat six travel center combined with a cinnabon. There is also a nice seating are to eat.

Staying nearby while traveling. Haven't seen a Schlotzsky's since Texas (very popular). Went inside the travel center, took a few moments to find the counter for service. No one there, rang bell for assistance. The young man was pleasant, took my order. The name on receipt said "Tabbie". So I walk around while waiting. At some point looked through the door to see employees walking around talking, who knows what else. Why do they stay behind the door rather than showing customers they are available by being up front and visible. This must be a dream job for them. Stay out of sight, have fun. I saw two people approach the counter, both walked away (one was there when my order came out. The young woman ignored her). I can't say that I blame them for leaving. The employees absence says it all. The only reason for 4 stars; the original sandwich was incredible. I would love to go back while in town; that lack of customer service puts me off. What a shame.

Ms. Patty is the nicest person ever! She always makes sure my order is made correct and she always brightens my day! She is so sweet and has great customer service! There are a few others they have awesome customer service as well, I just don’t have their names! Great service & food!!

This restaurant is found inside of Hat Six truck stop. It's one of a few meal options within the store. The service was good and the sandwich I ate was decent. Kinda a mix of Arby's and subway. Not a bad option if you're looking for a quick bite to eat.

A high class place where you can relax with a top band playing the best music ever. The Chef is just a genius that gets you out of the world with every single dish you ask for. The atmosphere give you the chance to meet nice people an have a great time. In my case, I had the privilege and honor to met the amazing Stuart Hurry with his beautiful wife Connie, an extremely successful couple that have taken the Real Estate market to a different level in Central Florida, great human beings that just made me like that restaurant even more.Thank you for a perfect place to go at any time.

Impressive ambiance and menus options. I popped in for happy hour, found options pleasing in regards to offerings and price. My only disappointment was the service which made me feel like an outsider. However, the crowds came in all at once causing a bit of chaos which opens me up to a return visit for a second chance.

I told a group of clients to dinner at Eddie V’s this week. It was a great experience. Start to finish was 1st class. The wine list was broad. Seafood towers were a great appetizer. The bone-in ribeye had an amazing flavor. The hot chocolate cake and ice cream completed the meal. Thanks Eddie V’s for a great first visit. See you again soon.

Everything we had hoped for and expected. Our server, Eddie (we presume not the Namesake) was everything we had wanted in a server. Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, charming and kind enough to laugh at my bad jokes. Appetizers prepared to our alternate request. Steaks were perfect. Sides delicious, cocktails expertly crafted and dessert was stellar.

This was our first time dining at Eddie V's and there were no complaints. The food was amazing, the service was great and the live jazz band set to mood. Our server was attentive and the staff worked as a team so we were taken care of throughout the night. Did I mention how great the food was a s fresh!!!! I'm one of those people who's hard to please when it comes to food and customer service but they #Nailed It.
