GUAC Tequila & Tacos

I’ve been twice and I liked this place. The atmosphere is good. The drink selections are good, margaritas are delicious. I didn’t give 5 stars though because my second time there they messed up two things. My soho chicken bowl was supposed to come on a bed of rice and there was no rice whatsoever. And happy hour is listed as everyday until 6pm. I ordered two margaritas before 6 pm and when I got my check neither one was charged as a happy hour special (should have been $3 off each). If they don’t have happy hour on the weekends, the menu didn’t specify this. I know they made some tweaks to their menu recently so perhaps they have some more training to do with their servers and kitchen staff. I will continue to go to this place and hopefully the next time doesn’t disappoint.

Lots of tvs and a great vibe. I had the Tampa Water and it was an absolutely delicious margarita. Nikki and Jay were great bartenders, and reccomended I get the steak fajitas, and they were absolutely delicious. GREAT happy hour. I’ll be back.

Checked it out for the first time yesterday and was impressed. Young energetic staff. We gave it a couple weeks before we tried so they could iron out the kinks. Seems like they are getting it together and the food is really, really tasty!! Had the taco Tuesday ground beef tacos Mexican style and they were amazing!! Way better than the other not to be named south (way south) Tampa full bar Mexican restaurant. How can you go wrong for 2 bucks?!! Cold drinks, friendly staff, cool décor!! Definitely going on our weekly dinner rotation!

Food is very tasty and very good prices too! Went for Taco Tuesday and would definitely go back! Churro donut dessert is a must!
