    Typical steak and shake. Clean, cheap and good food. We went in at about one in the morning just for shakes and a taco salad at a booth. The shocking part was the whole staff were sitting at and around the counter on and off duty talking about inappropriate topics. Not to mention swearing a lot and making fun of each other. One person who looked like the male manager was playing along with this and joining in. He obviously had no management skills to let on and off duty employees act like that in front of paying customers. Not professional. However I do kinda sympathize knowing how late it was. Still tho... food was good and quality and no problems with that. Just need to give the manager a course in customer relations.

    You will have a hard time getting a better deal than the one you can get at Steak and Shake. Good burgers and chili. Fun little french fries and of course... Shakes.
