Kona Grill - Tampa

The food is so amazing. Everything is so tasty and just beautiful. The service here is just horrible. We were constantly looking around for the waiters and no one ever refilled our drinks.

The Kona is within walking distance of many hotels. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Modern/chic but not over the top. The server was polite and very helpful with suggestions. I ordered the Picasso Kona sushi roll. Very nice presentation. Everything looked and tasted fresh. It was very enjoyable. It was a great value, substantial portions.

Great service! Jennifer was amazing with her great service and menu recommendation. The menu has a great selection. Personally the salmon club was cooked perfectly and my wife's churrasco was well seasoned a little overcooked but still good to eat. The prices are on the high side but my son says they have 50% specials during the week.

Really nice ambience and great wait staff. The food is all really good, not my absolute favorite but a good go-to spot for regular days. I had the sushi and original butter cake. Can't go wrong with either. Enjoy!

On our first visit to Kona Grill we were served by Daniel. He was an enthusiastic, energetic, informative, attentive hype man of a server. He ran us through the “Happy Hour” special and we are so glad he did!! So glad in fact that we went back the day after and the day after that. The food was delicious, the tempura shrimp and fish tacos are highly recommended, and the service was fantastic. Shout out to Priscilla who took care of us today. She was delightful. Keep up the great work guys. If you are ever in Tampa check in at the Kona Grill where the happy hour specials are no joke!!
