(February 8, 2019, 7:59 pm)I arrived at the peak of the lunch rush. I was seated and order taken with in 10 minutes. Most of that time was waiting for a clean table. I chose the 4 for 4 deal. The food arrived hot and tasted good. The waiter did a great job. This is a great place to get s quick lunch. I will be back.

(January 8, 2019, 1:43 am)My Mom and I walked i in with my Dad in a walker and on Oxygen. A waitress seated the 2 young men in line in front of us in the front booth. Then she got them menus and then their drinks while we stood and waited. The man behind us walked over to the soda area and waitresses and asked why we weren't seated immediately. A waitress then came over and seated us at a table 20' away. Your waitresses need to be more aware of those with disabilities.
The actual waitress who served us was wonderful. She was prompt, pleasant and made sure our food came out just the way we asked. -

(December 10, 2018, 12:16 am)Been going to steak & shake all my adult life, used to show my car on Friday night years ago. Best steak burger's around. Fast service & just great food. Drive in, eat in vehicle or walk in & sit. Always clean. Quality.
