The food is flavorful and extremely friendly for those on a diet. You can tell that all their ingredients are fresh. Excellent breakfast/brunch establishment.

Neat atmosphere and spacious seating. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They had seats for babies and toddlers, which our group appreciated. The food, as always, was delicious. Would recommend the French toast.

What a delicious breakfast First Watch provides. They have a variety of health conscious dishes. Today I chose an amazing million dollar bacon that had pepper,cayenne and brown sugar. I didn’t want to eat the French toast! But it was wonderful, with butter and syrup dripping down 2 pieces of French toast. The 2 pieces covered the extra large plate served on. The staff is terrible and constantly was checking if I needed anything but you didn’t feel rushed at all. Having gone to First Watch many times in the past, this by far was my favorite visit. The are open at 7am until I think 2pm everyday of the week. It gets very crowded on the weekends but they seem to get you in less than 20minutes or less. I highly recommend First Watch for breakfast or lunch.

The only disappointing thing about coming here is getting there when there's a wait. Outside of that, the place is phenomenal. Great, healthy options... and other options to satisfy the hungriest of the bunch. The quinoa grilled chicken pesto bowl was so delicious. Very close to plenty of other spots.. but why go anywhere else?
