Dunkin' Donuts

Took 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. Placed my order, and had to repeat myself three times. She literally couldn't remember more than one item at a time. After we finally got thru the four items I ordered, she told me to wait a second. We waited for a good minute or two until she finally told us to pull forward. She hands us our order, and of course gives us the wrong kind of milk. I realized after we drove off that we were given pork sausage instead of turkey sausage, even though I verified with her that we wanted turkey sausage. I go to pay, and she takes a SOLID 30 seconds to swipe a gift card. That should take 5 seconds or less. I was the only car in line, and they were not busy inside. Being a manager in food service, I am usually understanding of operational issues, but I think she might be in the wrong profession. It was such a tedious process, and I probably won't return to this location.

Very friendly service from the lady taking my order and the gentleman cooking. The food was good also.
