The Nutrition Factory Hillsborough

I want to love this place, the food is good. Boy they cannot get an order correct. I have had 5 orders and each with incorrect items. Sure the meatballs would be delicious if I had a sauce to put on them but no sauce meatballs are well, no bueno.
UPDATE=Based on management contacting me and the food quality being good, I am updating my review. They may have some glitches with Uber eats to sort out. For this type of concepts, fresh and tasty. I enjoy the skirt steak and especially that it is not chewy or fatty.

I really wanted to rate this place a 5. Food and smoothies are great. It's inside a gym so don't think you're coming in to find tables and chairs. A smidge more $ than you would pay for fast food but very healthy and delicious. 4.75 stars

I have been frequenting this location for a year now and the quality and service is consistently outstanding. The food is fresh and delicious and the nutrition calculator makes it super easy to track my calories and macros. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and always greet me when I come in. The kitchen and dining area stay clean. I always recommend Nutrition Factory for people looking for something fast and healthy!

I love the food and shakes. It makes it easy to stay on track when there is a place that specializes in it. However I notice that out of the 4 times I went this week to grab a chocolate peanut butter shake (so yummm), the staff at the shake bar is quite rude. No hello, no thank you, no type of inviting personal touch. This can easily make me choose another place to go. I had also brought a friend here 2 weeks ago that chose to not buy from here due to their attitude.

I hope the owner can have a conversation with the staff I'd love to update my review.
Many people are already intimidated by healthy g and food joints, the staff don't have to be intimidating too...

I met with the owner and felt heard about my review and concerns. Even though I wrote my review a few days ago I did not stop going as their shakes are part of my routine etc. John recognized my name as he was taking my order and immediately spoke to me about my review. He ensured he has spoken to his staff and the culture of intimidation is not part of Nutritional Factory. After we spoke I visited again and had no issues or concerns. This place is truly amazing with their food and shakes!!!

Food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. Love the interactive menu on the website so you can see the nutrition info for something on the menu or if you're making a custom order. The app is also very convenient for placing orders. Love that I can place custom meal prep orders, too. Johnathan was very helpful in making sure my meal prep orders were to my liking. Definitely recommend this place!
