Edison: Food+Drink Lab

Had a great meal there on Sunday night. The potato encrusted oysters as well the tuna are excellent. Loved the atmosphere and the staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Our server Tomas was great took the time to recommend selections and tell us about the chef and he ability to mix different flavors to create a very unique dining experience. We will return as there is so much on the menu to try.

Phenominal food and a most excellent experience. From the moment we walked in til we left we were well taken care of. We had the steak culotte and the striped bass, they were delectable! The devil's den drink is like a spicy margarita and was very tasty. I would highly recommend Edison food + drink lab, it is one we keep coming back to. The menu changes all time but we have never been disappointed.

I've been eager to try Edison for a while. The restaurant is tucked away on a small side street near University of Tampa and delicious smells ooze out to the parking lot which is inadequate. The restaurant is stripped down chic, with tables set together closely. Service is excellent. It was much too noisy to truly enjoy a conversation with company. The menu is unique and changes frequently. Ingredients are fresh. Prices are not stratospheric but dinner without alcohol hit over $100 for two. I'm glad I tried Edison, but it will be a while before I can return.

It’s a fun place to explore. Food are interesting, but a little too much citrus for me. I really enjoyed their potato oyster, fried to perfection. Drinks seems like very interesting, didn’t get chance to taste since we were there just for lunch this time. Worth to try!

I've been all over Florida for a week, did a Google search and found this place, best food the Whole Trip! Most amazing decision, food, and drinks I've had in Florida! I'm not normally a food mixer but I decided to branch out and it made for an exquisite unique experience! Bartender (Thomas), staff, and chefs made this an eclectic dining endeavor! Next time I fly into Tampa this will be my first stop!
