This place is amazing. How anyone couldn’t give them 5 stars is crazy. The food is incredible. Staff was amazing and they prices were so fair. Not to mention how beautiful the place was inside and out.

We really like the local. Great menu and variety. Not a super cheap place but delicious. I had the hamburger this last time and it was quite good. The fries were awesome. Get some fries. We came in late And it was just as good as if we would have come early. Had a good waiter too. Overall a great place to eat.

THE. BEST. GRITS I have ever had!! I loved the collard greens with poached egg. Local puts such a great twist on a classic southern meal! I will absolutely be back.

The chicken pot pie is made with cornbread... CORNBREAD!! I love their outdoor seating area and their staff. It seems no matter what time or day we go we are always seated and served quickly. The waiter always makes great suggestions when we don’t know what to order.

Overall pretty tasty. I stopped in on a Sunday around 3pm. I had the watermelon mimosa to drink. It was so refreshing and delightful! If you enjoy watermelon you will love this drink. I also had the burger since it was a little late for full on brunch food. It was very good. They let you customize your burger with basically anything. I added pimento cheese and fried onions. It was cooked perfectly and had nice flavors. I actually ended up eating the entire thing in one sitting which I never do. The fries were decent but not amazing. Our service was great - we sat at the bar. We went at an odd time so there were not many other customers there, but the ambiance is likely really nice when there are more people. I would recommend checking this place out!
