their urban style fries are so good. Whenever I go here and see sue, she always recommends the best!! I love her🥰🥰🥰

The food is wonderful! Chicken is crispy and juicy. The fries is well seasoning. The service is good as well. It takes around 10 minutes for my order to be done. Sue helps me a lot in choosing a right sauce for my meal.

Excellent food that was cooked perfectly. Very clean and friendly location. Everything we ordered was on point and I will definitely be back to try more things from the menu!

It was okay. I didn’t care for the wait. After ordering, it took a good 20-30 minutes for me to start eating and they weren’t really that busy. The onion rings were delicious but the fries were in the cooler side and the cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted. For $22, the food could have been presented to me warmer than it was. Still, it was tasty but as a BurgerFi customer, the location on Little Road in New Port Richey is better than this location.

Awesome burgers and service. Jay the manager is a great leader. He helped me with issues on one order then was a great help on a second order. He didn’t have to help and could have been like many leaders and left things alone. The team today at 1:30 had great quality food and fried where some of the best fries we’ve eaten. Thank you!
