Cipresso (in Seminole Hard Rock Tampa)

Our waitress, Jae, was beyond great and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for top tier customer service. From the host, our waitress, the server and the waitress assistant, the service was excellent across the board! Very nice Italian restaurant with delicious food, hidden inside of the Casino. It was well worth the visit!!

Great food and service every time we go.

I made dinner reservations at cipresso restaurant in the hard rock casino in Tampa. We had an early reservation which was nice because the restaurant wasn't too crowded. The waitress greeted us and was informative about the offerings, as we had never been there before. We ordered wine and she brought out bread and butter. The wine was good and so too was the bread. I ordered the lamb, which was done beautifully and delicious. My date ordered a shrimp dish and we also ordered the carpaccio as an appetizer and it too was really good. The downfall was two paper bags that were placed in front of us with no explanation. They were, we were told by our waitress, only after asking myself, that they were for our masks we had worn into the restaurant. The music was too loud for a fine dining experience and the choice of songs was not fitting the food and atmosphere. We ordered dessert. It was a deconstructed cheese cake. The waitress didn't offer coffee or a after dinner drink. Although we enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back and recommend the restaurant, I like to give honest reviews good and bad. For me, it all boils down to pour management and service training.
