Gulf Coast Sourdough Sandwich House

Love everything about this place. Love the background story and they are good at what they do. If I was a local I would crave this place. I ordered the 3 cheese grilled cheese on siracha garlic. Simple concept but delicious! And you can buy their bread to take home. :)

You will be hooked! Their bread is unlike anything around and their pepperoni rolls or fly-bys are the best! They have tons of vegetarian options as well. Local owners too which is added bonus supporting the community! Highly recommend!

I signed up for a sourdough baking class through this amazing place. It was such a great experience. The owners are incredible and so knowledgeable. I sampled a lot of the brow and it's some of the best I've ever had. Looking forward to visiting for one of their amazing sandwiches.

I drive 30 miles round trip for the best sourdough bread and the home made sauerkraut in the Tampa Bay area. All the products are made fresh daily and very healthy for longevity and taste great. Thank you for all the time and effort to create quality food products.

I have been buying bread from Gulf Coast Sourdough for years but yesterday was my first time at the new sandwich shop. Of course I had to buy several loaves of bread to take home. Then ordered a flyby and a sandwich to eat here. Both the sandwich and the flyby were really good. My son who is usually very picky eater commented on the pepperoni flyby with "that's yummy" - which is a compliment that he does not give lightly. We will definitely be back soon!
