Intelligent Gourmet

We were looking for a healthy option for some meals to go while on vacation and found The Market on Manhattan/Intelligent Gourmet. Amazing healthy options were available from soups and salads to bowls and interesting main course items. They even had oatmeal with fresh fruit and nuts, a juice bar and coffee as well as muffins and desserts!!! The staff was friendly and the owners were very knowledgeable about the nutritional value and quality of ingredients they use in their food and able to help us make good choice.
We are set for the time we are in the area on vacation!

I LOVE this place, I’m there about four times a week at least,
I have a very busy schedule and want to eat healthy, their food is so good and the portions are great size. The owner is so creative and making healthy entrées, salads and very yummy desserts. I also buy my dogs homemade food from there, It’s also all natural.
I don’t know another place in Tampa Bay that makes food that is all natural no GMO’s organic and just so healthy. If you haven’t been there you really need to stop by I can’t say enough good things about the Intelligent gourmet.

The food was so delicious and owners super nice! Very clean, calming yet upbeat music and comfortable seating. The menu has an excellent variety and they have a very good looking brunch menu. The next time I go I will take my dog, sit outside buy some healthy treats from them.
