Las Palmas Latin Grill

This place was great. We went on a Saturday evening and it was busy. Our server greeted us and made some recommendations for the ceviche and beef stew which were both great. I know some reviews say if you don't speak Spanish they won't treat you well. I don't and was treated awesome. Also the lack of a soda machine makes it a little authentic as when I travel to some Latin countries you do get soda in a can. Great place

Fabulous food as always. Horrible service. Went for lunch with 2 other people from work. Only 4 other customers in the entire place. It seemed to take over 10 minutes just to get bread.. which is delicious but don't expect small played to butter it on. After another 10-15 min.in this very small place where we were highly visiby, we had our drink order taken. Only canned drinks available. They " can't afford" a machine to make soda or to make iced tea . Our server was very curt... unlike the warmth he exhuded to the Latino customers. BTW...we noticed the same behavior at their former location. Food...when it was finally ordered....was wonderful.
Sadly my coworkers and I will find another lunch venue which has kinder service.

We were nervous to try bc of all the negative reviews about the service. We had a great experience. Service staff wasn't overly friendly but they were very attentive. Never had empty glasses and they were fast taking our order, food came quick and was delicious. Chef was very friendly, came to the table and asked how everything was. We will definitely be back.

New Location!

The family and I get take out from here a few times a month and they've never disappointed. Even when we got the wrong order once they promptly addressed the issue and got us on their way.

The new location is very nice, roughly the same size as the old and the food is as good as ever. Highly recommend the roasted pork and rope vieja!
