    I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today.

    The Panera bread at the MSC at USF is where it’s at. Tania, one of the employees, never fails to cheer me up and ask me about my day. Tania is essentially the light within Panera bread, as I can’t imagine myself coming to eat as often if she weren’t there. Best service, even better personality!
