    Very satisfied with first visit! Great protein shakes and surprisingly not busy for the quality atmosphere, product, and service! I will 100% be returning to try the food next time! I recommend to anyone in the area who wants a great, nutritious meal or shake!

    Great way to stay in shape, and stay healthy. Knowledgable owner!
    Shakes and meals are delicious. Kids love it too!

    We had our first dinners from Royal Nutrition which were a hit as I’ve never had a microwaved meal with so much flavor! The fennel chicken was awesome with yummy sweet potatoes! More meals for sure to experience!
