(February 9, 2020, 8:27 pm)For a food trunk, Tito's Latin Kitchen is top notch! They have your typical Puerto Rican cuisine but packed with fresh flavors! I ordered the chicharron de pollo (good amount of meat and not all bones) as my main and mofongo (no sauce provided but moist enough to eat) as my side. I was filled by the portion provided to me. I didn't have to wait long for the two plates I ordered. I also ordered the passion fruit and tasted fresh and not out of the carton (if it is then it's a good brand). The price extremely reasonable with tip included. The chefs/servers were awesomely patient and accommodating. I will definitely return when I'm in the area and you should try them for some real, fresh quality, affordable PR food.
