Google says they’re open. I called when I arrived the second time and no one or voicemail picks up stating their hours or that they’re closed - the phone rings continuously. What’s going on? If you’re not open just say you’re not open.”

“Love this place! My boyfriend and I come to Hard Rock all of the time and it’s so nice to have a quick, delicious, and conveniently located coffee shop in between the casinos. They have a special which includes a small drip Lavazza coffee and a huge cookie of your choice for $4. The coffee is TO DIE FOR and I’m a total convert from Starbucks to Lavazza now because of this place. The cookies are also consistently fresh and delicious! “Every morning I start my day at Starbucks. I would say I'm a regular at this point due to them being able to know who it is after I say my order. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and overall awesome genuine people. Today in particular I accidentally dropped my full drink as I was getting out of my car. A crisis indeed. So, I called them up and I told Oscar what happened and per usual he went above and beyond for me and made me a new one to come back and pick up. Not only that but gave me wet wipes and a towel to clean my car up and a 4$ gift card. He didn't have to do any of this but this situation right here is the exact reminder of why I will always come back every morning. Truly grateful for my local Starbucks! Always guaranteed a warm/fun welcome and a perfected drink everyday!”

“Love Starbucks! The girl @ the drive through was awesome! The only thing I've noticed at the Starbucks I frequent is that they don't give out paper products,ie: napkins, drink holders, bags. I just think it's proper to give these items when multiple things are ordered. I wonder if this is corporate wide conserving products? With that said, today I ordered 2 beverages, a lunch item, snack, and dessert. How was I suppose to carry everything? Therefore, I asked for a cup holder and just stacked the items between the 2 drinks. Did I mention that I love the products??? Always end w/ a positive! :)”

“Amazing. Cuban Salad was delicious. Husband got the Muffuletta, also delicious. Italian wedding cookies were on point. And of course got a loaf of Cuban bread to take home. Only downside is that this place is a bit of a drive for us from Wesley Chapel - but absolutely worth it.”
