Staff at this location are super friendly and efficient. Food is pretty good too.

Okay service and the ice cream was good. They remodeled this location not to long ago. I've been a little reluctant to visit this location because of a previous state inspection shut down. It will take sometime for the people in the area of this location to trust their Food Safety practices. This has been a long time popular Dairy Queen location and the only place to get ice cream products in Temple Terrace area.

We were in the area getting haircuts today and had a very nice lunch at this Dairy Queen. The store looked recently updated and the food was very good. There were 3 young men working there that were as friendly as could be. As we were leaving 2 elderly ladies were coming in and one of the guys left from behind the counter to hold the door open for them. He held the door open for us too. A very nice experience all the way around and we will go out of our way to eat here again.

We went for ice cream and decided to get lunch as well. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was (we had chicken strips and fries). Never really expected it to be as good as it was. I would eat more than ice cream here again in the future. Service was very slow, as we had to pull up and wait for the food to be brought out. Overall good experience.

The customer service was awesome. I came in with my family and we placed a pretty big order for 5 people. They brought us our whole order in under 5 min. Not only that, when they brought us the food to our table, they were really friendly and helpful. It honestly made the dining experience great for my family and that much more enjoyable!!! I've been going to this Dairy queen off and on for years and I can honestly say their customer service gets better and better!
