“Love this place! My boyfriend and I come to Hard Rock all of the time and it’s so nice to have a quick, delicious, and conveniently located coffee shop in between the casinos. They have a special which includes a small drip Lavazza coffee and a huge cookie of your choice for $4. The coffee is TO DIE FOR and I’m a total convert from Starbucks to Lavazza now because of this place. The cookies are also consistently fresh and delicious! “Every morning I start my day at Starbucks. I would say I'm a regular at this point due to them being able to know who it is after I say my order. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and overall awesome genuine people. Today in particular I accidentally dropped my full drink as I was getting out of my car. A crisis indeed. So, I called them up and I told Oscar what happened and per usual he went above and beyond for me and made me a new one to come back and pick up. Not only that but gave me wet wipes and a towel to clean my car up and a 4$ gift card. He didn't have to do any of this but this situation right here is the exact reminder of why I will always come back every morning. Truly grateful for my local Starbucks! Always guaranteed a warm/fun welcome and a perfected drink everyday!”

I've never had an issue with my order here. Wait times are rarely very long. The few times I was in the dining room it was nice and clean. Its close to the amc movie theater so after you're done watching your movie you can grab a coffee or frappe after you are done!”

“Love Starbucks! The girl @ the drive through was awesome! The only thing I've noticed at the Starbucks I frequent is that they don't give out paper products,ie: napkins, drink holders, bags. I just think it's proper to give these items when multiple things are ordered. I wonder if this is corporate wide conserving products? With that said, today I ordered 2 beverages, a lunch item, snack, and dessert. How was I suppose to carry everything? Therefore, I asked for a cup holder and just stacked the items between the 2 drinks. Did I mention that I love the products??? Always end w/ a positive! :)”

Sometimes you won't get a receipt outside only because it gets jammed then you have to go inside. People will greet you as you as you are in the door, everybody is very nice there. “We moved to The Morrison right after it opened and lived there for 3 years with our 2 children. We have moved around a lot over the years and this was one of our favorite places to call home. The building manager was amazing! The maintenance technician was polite and efficient. We loved that the building was only 40ish units and right in the heart of Hyde Park. It was always quiet in the building (we lived on the inside circle facing the pool). Even during the high time of "safer at home" I did not fear living so close to so many others. I can not recommend The Morrison enough and know you will be happy to call Tampa home.”

“My husband and I have been coming here to get gas because they always have lower price. I would like to give a five star for them because they worked together and saved my day today. I rushed here to fill air before going to work. I don’t know how. I asked first person she doesn’t know but she found someone to help me without any wait. I feel only a good team and good management can make this happen. Also, at the one second wait, I saw they have about 5 people waiting to check out, the cashier called help, the line was clear after that. I found that they value their customers. “The food is great. In theory to have my child in a supervised play room while I relax, eat, chat or do work sounds amazing. The staff is super nice. The problem is they have 1 staff person running the orders, getting the orders out and that same person is supposed to be in the supervised play area as well. They can’t be in 2 places at the same time. You pay for 1 or 2 hours of the supervised play, but you can’t really get that when the staff is busy dealing with food/customers. My recommendation would be Kraftologee offer windows of time that they have another staff person just for the playroom. Outside of those windows of time, it’s not guaranteed supervised play, but could work out if the 1 staff person isn’t busy. Much potential, but they need to work out the kinks and provide what they advertise.”
