“This is my wife and my favorite place for pizza. We have been going here over a year and are never disappointed. For me, it often is one or two slices of pizza with a salad. This salad isn't just your normal salad either. Pomodoro personnel make their own own shredded mozzarella cheese and load it on the salad, giving it a fresh, hearty taste. My wife enjoys their Italian non-pizza dishes. Her favorite is Fettuccine Bolognese with a smooth cheesy sauce that is so big, she usually gets two meals out of it. “Real Mexican food, made by real Mexicans. Outdoor seating (screened in) I have eaten tacos all over the Southeastern United states; this tiny little place is one of my favorites. One day portions are great but another day the quarter chicken is really small. They should compensate with extra meat. Also they charge you extra for a small cup of sauce (probably 5 spoonfuls). “Although the food choices lately are not what they used to be, there is still cheap gas, and plenty of it! Several pumps with room between. Yesterday a large truck with a trailer pulled into the pumps next to mine, with room to spare. The station is easy to get in and out of if heading north on US 301 or east on 674. Not easy to head south on US 301 after getting gas here.”
