Cobalt

I recently stayed at the Vero Beach hotel and ate brunch at Cobalt twice. I loved the baby kale salad; it was light and zesty with great dressing and citrus accents throughout the dish. I also enjoyed the tuna tartare. It was so fresh and the wasabi soy drizzle that accompanied it made for a delicious pairing. While a little pricey; the locale, service, and tasty dishes were worth the price.
In the past I have enjoyed their tuna poke salad, which is a welcomed addition to the menu.

This is actually my favorite restaurant in town. The menu is creative, the outside seating is beautiful....even though it's a little quirky leaning and the service is friendly and attentive. We go here on a regular basis and love it

The hostess could use an attitude change but other than that the place is beautiful. Food was good. How waiter was Richard( I think? Bald man with longish beard and shades on). He was very funny and kind.

Food was good. Price vs taste ok. There are many other places in Vero that are just as good and priced a little more reasonable. Service was not as good as it should have been for the price. Not the servers fault, the help she had out there was very slow. Overall experience of staff, needs improvement.
