Miss Saigon Restaurant

Very pleasant atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. The owner/chef is incredibly nice and clearly loves to cook and see people's enjoyment. Due to a smaller staff and frequent large reservations, its recommended that you call ahead to make sure they are open. The food is absolutely amazing, not a single person I've accompanied here has failed to comment on the remarkable taste. I cant select one singular dish as a favorite, but I highly recommend any Pho dishes or any of their pork dishes.

The owner, chef, and hostess with the mostess were superb. The ambiance and food selections were wonderful! Love Ms. Saigon! Two slight drawbacks...mediocre wine selection despite the great bar...the wonderfully charismatic and talented owner/chef, needs some hired help...she takes a lot on, and simply cannot do it all without the customers taking a hit...the service was lacking...she needs to hire front of house personelle as charming and welcoming as she is! Superb food, bottom line. We will be back.

Not a real fan of Vietnam food. But the write up Lisa of 32963 was very interesting. We took out Pho Chicken. Owner was very nice in instructing us in how to finish cooking the dish at home. The provided hot seasonings were not used by us. Good decision! We found that the dish was not one to be ordered again. Would like to try the luncheon dishes the reporter had and then re-report.

The food is just amazing! Everything was fresh, delicious and flavorful. We loved it! Better than most Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been in the US. Definitely will be back when I’m visiting Vero Beach!

A group of seven of us had dinner at Miss Saigon tonight, and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The hard-working owner/chef/server was very warm and gracious, and made us feel like her favorite customers ever. Among us, we had a variety of appetizers and entrees, and everyone raved about their food. The Shrimp Pad Thai was unlike any I'd had before, with cucumber and fresh vegetables, but it was wonderful. All in all, delightful atmosphere, service and food.
