Perkins Pharmacy

Perkins Pharmacy is the best place to get all your prescriptions filled. The staff and the pharmacists are always so pleasant. I really love the nice things in the store. It makes it a great place to browse while you wait for you medicine. I love finding all the great deals they have to offer. They are the best Pharmacy in Vero Beach.

This pharmacy is above and beyond by FAR the friendliest pharmacy in town! People here give a "dayum", and they'll prove it to you as well! I must admit, I've been through all the others, the big name pharmacies that treat you just as if you are simply a # to them. A quick sale. No thank you-s, just a motion of the head, dismissing you at the cashier. Big name pharmacies where pharmacists don't look up to greet you, wish you a good day even. Granted, pharmacists HAVE to keep their head down, doing what it is that they do, but the occasional greeting is never missed out on at Perkins off of Route 20, here in Vero Beach. They indeed are like family, and they include you in their world very much as one of their own. Not many people can do such a thing, give caring a good name, and keep at it too! Sooner or later, the bad apples show, but NEVER here. Not ONCE in all the years I have been here in Vero Beach have I had a tough time with the Perkins people. They know me, my GF's name, where my home is, and they've even driven over with a free delivery one time when I was out on my back, hurting bad enough. THAT meant a lot to me!! So folks, FORGET the large chain folks who, though at times can be friendly....are involved in large chain politics. Don't believe me? Try going to CVS and get prescriptions filled when you are on your back, hurting like a sumvagun. Yeah, THOSE kind of people. Stick their nose up in the air and exclaim "We never knew you!" Got that right. Trust in people who will NEVER turn their back on YOU......ever! Always always know that Perkins Pharmacy is more than your average Mom & Dad operation - much more. Their shelves are stocked with new things as well as some of the older OTC remedies I might add. Stuff like that that proves there is respect for our elders who indeed use certain remedies that never failed THEM in all their years. Trust in that kind of trust! See to it that Perkins has some extras on the side aisles too - you know, some decent gifts for loved ones that have saved my bacon in a tight spot when I suddenly recalled a loved one had a birthday say, or along those lines. Phew! Cannot tell you how that made me feel! This place is handy in a pinch so to speak. So folks, FORGET the large chain riff-raff who'd rather see "their kind" in their place, whereas with Perkins Pharmacy, you're treated with respect no matter what the occasion demands. And THAT, my friends, is a reality that we can ALL use......

Perkins is the kind of pharmacy that treats people like good neighbors. It has hundreds of items that you may need medically as any chain store would have but the fun part is browsing the aisles!!! While waiting for a prescription or looking for that special gift for someone, Perkins is a gold mine! I don’t know who their buyer is for the store but there are so many beach themed items & hysterical greeting cards that you’re sure to find something for someone ????!
I always give my business to this locally owned (I think) pharmacy when I’m at a nearby doctor’s office & need a prescription filled.
Plus very nice people work there who make you feel appreciated as a customer! 5 ✨
