Unfortunately this Subway is located in the Indian River Mall. I have previously reviewed the sad mall here in Vero (like go somewhere else to shop), but I will give some props to this Subway. The people who own it are awesome. The people they hire are awesome. Also this Subway has been in this mall for a really long time and has been consistent in their food and their friendalt service. I only gave it 4 stars because today I found this a sign on their counter that says, ‘Leave a 5 star review and get a free cookie” Reviews are to be honest as possible and I damn sure don’t want to write a review on a free cookie. Go eat here. Just know their reviews are possibly skewed.

Nicole was very nice and kind. She has amazing customer service. Definitely a good worker

Nicole was there all by herself and did an absolutely wonderful job. Made sure we got exactly what we asked for, was sociable and sweet. Very polite as well. It's great to see someone who obviously cares about her job and does it well!!! And of course the sandwiches were awesome! Thank you Nicole!!!????

This Subway Is Under New Management & New Ownership, It Has Completely Done A 360 Degree Turn Around. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this subway at the Indian River Mall. Veggies were all fresh. Meat looked great! Employees was very friendly and fast with getting people In and out... If I could give a 10 STAR I Would. ????????

Absolutely amazing experience! Often when you're in a food court you don't expect to have someone take care of you like you are a guest at their home, However that's exactly what I got today when visiting this location. Warm, friendly, attentive and a feeling like all of your needs will be taking care of! Thanks for a great experience.
