Love the food here! Service is pretty good considering the challenges of service industries in the Great Resignation of 2021. But I pulled up today for a late lunch and there was a sign by the door saying they’re temporarily closed until further notice…?

I hope we don’t lose this place to the times.

Great atmosphere, nice staff! Great food, one of the only places around here that has fried gator, and it's delicious. Prices aren't bad at all, unless you decide on the seafood platter. We will definitely be back!

This was an unexpected surprise. Not being from around here we went with some friends that we were visiting and had a GREAT TIME. The food was great (I had the shrimp, gumbo and cheese grits). But the most enjoyable part of the evening was the wait staff. Julie was just great. Personable, funny and attentive, she made made our experience one to remember. Ali, the manager was just as enjoyable. Spending time with us (during her busy shift) was awesome....... HIGHLY RECOMMED for good food and a good time............THANKS

This place was amazing. It's definitely a hidden gem. The hostess was very attentive and kind. The waitresses were hardworking, observant, attentive and have great personalities. The "swamp water" that was recommended by the bartender (signature drink) was great and I'll certainly order it again next time. The food was fantastic! I had the crab cakes, potato salad, cheese grits and hush puppies, which was ALL homemade and from scratch. My husband had the fried shrimp, gator bites, fries and hush puppies, all homemade except for the fries, they were the frozen type, not cut fresh from a potato but that's completely typical and okay. The quality of the food is apparent when you take the first bite. You can tell the seafood is fresh and it's seasoned well. Mostly everything here is homemade and it comes through in the quality of the food. The cooks definitely know how to cook well and season food. The environment was welcoming and relaxing. This place has better food than some formal fine dining seafood restaurants I've visited on the beach. It's definitely left an impression on us and we will be going back on a regular basis.
