Applebee's Grill + Bar

We had 5 dishes, 2 salads and 1 desert, and we cleaned up the plates. The food was good, the service was fast and the waiter was attentive to our table. If you are in the area I would recommend that you stop by. AC did get a little to cold for the little ones

Waited 30 minutes for a table and the restaurant was maybe 3/4 full. Apparently they can’t fill all the tables when they have larger parties. Many people turned around. Waiter Rasean was great. Specialty drink for 2 bucks gross. Food portion good size. Baked potato was cold. My wife’s steak was charred and well done not med well. My ribs were good. Haven’t eaten at an Applebee’s in years and it will probably be that before we return.

Pleasantly surprised by the food quality, taste, and value! Applebee's isn't a normal place for us to eat. However after a late night special event we didn't have a chance to grab some dinner. We got there around midnight and service was great with the waiter refilling drinks without even asking! He put the kids food in first which is great. 1/2 price appetizers and the 2 for $25 dinner entree were excellent choices with filing and flavorful selections. If they are able to execute this service along with food quality and service Applebee's should dominate the casual dining segment!

I'd be lying if I said I didn't experience issues in the past as some other reviews have noted. Incorrect orders & missing items have been frustrating in past. However, this has recently been turned around by management and makes a significant difference. Great, friendly and accurate customer service on our most recent visit. Good fresh food. Tried the brownie for the first time, delicious! Thank you, Tessa, for making our dinner memorable for the right reasons. We will continue to be frequent customers.

The nice thing about chain restaurants is they're consistent. We ordered the 2 for $20 deal and the food and appetizer was yummy! I ordered a couple 2-4-1 Long Islands. They're made with quality liquors and very nicely balanced with the price being spot on for the amount you're getting with both glasses. Waitstaff was very friendly and attentive.
