(May 18, 2022, 1:54 pm)This place has some delicious breakfast sandwiches, bagels and cream cheese. Their downfall is customer service. Management needs to understand this is a hit and run business. Meaning a lot ppl that come in here need to grab their food and go to work. That's why you have so many bad reviews. I have been to you route 50 and this location and both operate the same way. You are the only bagel shop in the area, but if Einstein Bros or Brooklyn Bagel open up around her you will be in trouble. To me you are all in par with each other, customer will be the difference.

(April 8, 2022, 5:01 pm)The sandwich I got here was absolutely AMAZING, the muffin was okay. And the bagel sandwich my boyfriend got was described as “better than average” but he agreed that my chicken Panini Sandwich was fantastic. Oh and the price was awesome too!

(March 3, 2022, 1:57 pm)Very good bagels and cream cheese. The kids loved the rainbow bagel. The staff was amazing and very friendly. She was very welcoming and made a perfect iced coffee for me. I would definitely go back.
