Gator's Dockside

Went Wednesday, the food was pretty good honestly, we went just because we hadn't been in a couple months and found out it was bingo night on Wednesdays. Didn't really effect us as they seated those not playing Bingo on the other side away from it. Wings were great, sauces were on point as well.

I got some fried gator tails. It was about 8 oz for $11. I thought it tasted okay. Just really chewy. The place was really sweet though

We had the pretzel as an appetizer which came with two sauces, cheese and mustard. Both were good compliments. We shared the chili nachos and gator nuggets. It was the first time any of us had eaten gator and we were pleasantly surprised. During our trip we had eaten gator nuggets at another place and I can say that the ones at Gator's Dockside were superior.

Elizabeth that took our takeout order on the phone was awesome to deal with, she was patient with my wife who did not have a menu in front of her.

I got the Buffalo garlic wings, breaded. they were not crispy because they were swimming in the sauce that had tons of garlic in it. I personally loved it, but if you don't like tons of garlic you should avoid it. I wish we lived closer because I would get it again immediately.

My wife had a basic chicken and rice dish, it was good. We ordered chicken tenders for the kids and they enjoyed those.

All in all, a nice local option for takeout.
