Root & Branch bistro + bar

We visited this establishment for dinner tonight and found it to be delightful. Our server, Summer was excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu. Finally finding good service in Clermont is like a breath of fresh air! My husband was excited to find a White Bordeaux by the glass on the wine list. Nobody has that. That alone will bring us back! The food was good and well prepared. The atmosphere is casual with a touch of elegance which makes it perfect for date night or a get together with friends. A lot of reviews say its a bit pricey but I disagree. I think the price fits the quality. I highly recommend checking it out.

Great place with a unique menu. The atmosphere was very cool and a little eclectic, while the service was perfect. My meal and drinks were both outstanding. The server (Summer) was was top notch and very attentive. She had great recommendations and told us about a number of specials and events. Their special fries were crazy good.
We will be back.

My wife and I went to Root and Branch and absolutely loved it. The fried green tomatoes are a hit. I loved the Grouper. It had excellent taste and was cooked perfectly. We can't wait to go back and try some of the other menu options.

The staff were all very attentive but not intrusive. Our waiter was even able to time our meal perfectly for us to catch a show.

Great place to eat with a nice atmosphere.
