(May 19, 2019, 6:48 pm)This is a fairly new Arby's in Lake County. The drive through staff was friendly, service was fast and they accepted my coupons. I'm glad we have a new Arby's that's closer to our house.

The wonderful staff are very warm and friendly. General Manager Caleb can always be seen among the staff.....they perform their jobs extremely well and work really efficient as a team. The wait is never long and the food is always fresh. Love the brisket and the sliders. -
(April 25, 2019, 4:12 pm)Shout out to Paula in the drive thru. She was super polite while I kept asking her for things. She kept taking the next order and hustling to get me all my sauces with a smile the whole time. Great job showing awesome customer service skills.

(April 24, 2019, 10:30 am)Really good sandwiches at fast food prices, wasn't that long of a wait for my food but they apologized for the wait saying it was longer than they like it to be and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich.
Definitely coming back -
