Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Great place to start your day. Good service and good food. We have come here for a long time and always enjoyed breakfast here. You will not be disappointed.

Good food! Clean restaurant. Courteous and professional staff. Purchased muffins, buy 3 get 3 free. I think they either reduce the amount of cranberries for their cranberry orange muffins for the special offer or just plain forgot to add more than one cranberry. Picture shows where I had to search to show the one small piece of cranberry. Usually these are pretty good at other perkins.

This Perkins is similar to others in their menu choices. They serve breakfast all day (oh boy!!). As you enter, 2 large bakery displays are full of pretty baked goods including: many pies, eclairs, cookies, brownies, muffins, cinnamon rolls and pecan rolls.
The staff is very nice and moreover, it's usually the same folks. I do appreciate the fact that 1 evening when I was approached in the parking lot by a man, one of the male waiters saw & came screaming out of the restaurant to ward him off. Thank you very much!

Even though they were quite busy, we were seated quickly. Service was very good albeit a little slow, which was understandable. Our server, Amber, was friendly & helpful.
Our food arrived hot & delicious! Pork chops (2) with mashed potatoes & green beans were excellent according to my hubby.
My breakfast burger with tots (instead of fries) was just great, perfectly done with nice crispy tots!!! The burger came with pie for only $9.99. What a deal! I had to bring half the burger & the pie home as we were too full to finish it. Thursdays are senior discount day, so you get 20% off with your emailed coupon.
Just sign up to get the coupons. Hint: Wednesday is BOGO day, but you need your coupon!

We went for breakfast, seated right away. Our server Christine took our drink orders and brought them quickly. We ordered, the food took awhile but arrived hot. She checked back a couple of times. We like the fact that they provide coffee carafes. Good experience.
