My wife and I used to eat at Fiesta Grande roughly once a month. Unfortunately it just doesn't seem like what it used to be. They still have their famous big mug margaritas (which I love) but the menu has changed. Prices have gone up slightly but quality seems to have declined, and the service has been very slow the past 3 times we've visited. I get the feeling that they are coasting on their reputation a little bit these days. Maybe others have had better experiences, but this is what I've noticed.

Another great meal. Have eaten here several times and each time tastes better than the time before.
One small complaint but not the restaurant's fault. Group behind us were very loud and a little rowdy. My sister who wears hearing aids was not able to hear me across the table without shouting. It was a Saturday night, but people should be a little more courteous of other diners.

This our favorite Mexican restaurant in central Florida. There's a vegan/ vegetarian section on the menu. We always start with margaritas and chips and salsa (we ask for the spicy salsa).
We get the Vegan Spinach Enchiladas and the Vegetarian Chicken Fajitas with no cheese on beans and no sour cream.

I have been eating here off & on for a few years. They have a casual atmosphere & a patio that is dog friendly. But really, I do not get it. The beans are bland, the rice is bland, the tacos & chalupas etc. are bland. The hamburger tastes strange & tastes nothing like 'cow'. I keep hoping to taste something with a little flavor & am always disappointed. The fish tacos are good. The fajitas are good. The chips n salsa is great. The prices have been good in the past but they seem to be raising them. I think I will have to start ordering chips n salsa as a meal and get a side salad. I really don't know how they are so busy with such an average food product. So...comfortable atmosphere...lacking in food I crave.
