    This is hands down the most authentic creole food I've ever had in Florida! As a Louisiana native, I had resigned myself to the fact that I would likely never eat good creole/cajun food unless I cooked it myself or went back to Louisiana on a trip. Not anymore! Their gumbo is so flavorful and delicious, the etouffee is fantastic and the jambalaya had the right amount of kick! The boudin was delicious as well! This truck is a MUST eat at anytime you see it open!

    Crawfish etouffe is delicious, just one bite is full of flavor. Spiced just right and crawfish is cooked well. They should be very proud of what they are serving !

    Just discovered this local gem. Creole at it's best. Had the fish and Jambalaya, wife had Dirty Rice. All was great, but the fish was fantastic. Can't wait to go back and try the gumbo. And I hear the bread pudding dessert is delicious, but that will have to wait til next time. (Tomorrow?)
